    <idAbs>&lt;DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Temakartet  «Utslipp og opptak av klimagasser ved nedbygging rangerer arealer etter utslipp g opptak av klimagasser dersom de blir bygget helt ned og alt jord og plantedekke fjernes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For hver arealfigur er det beregnet utslipp av klima-gassene karbondioksid (CO2), lystgass (N2O) og metan (CH4) under forutsetning om at arealene blir bygget helt ned og det ikke plantes ny vegetasjon.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Nedbygging av åpen myr og storvokst skog vil innebære store utslipp av CO2. For allerede utbygde arealer vil størrelsesorden på utslipp være avhengig av andelen med vegetasjonsdekke og grad av tresetting.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Utslippseffektene er delt inn i seks klasser fra ingen til svært store utslipp.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Klassen ingen utslipp representerer utslippsnøytrale områder som allerede er nedbygd eller bart fjell. Kartet gjenspeiler den aktuelle tilstanden til arealet, f.eks. om skog er ung og glissen eller gammel og storvokst. Skogdata er hentet fra SR16 (i utmark) og grønnstrukturkartet for de bebygde områdene.</statement>
